Chase Lewis
Chase heads the leasing, construction and residential property management efforts at L3 Real Estate. Chase’s passion for helping people cultivates a caring culture leading to long-lasting relationships with our tenants and investors. Chase received his Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Finance from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. Before L3 he worked as a leasing associate for The Gilbert Group in Columbus, Ohio where he specialized in leasing Retail Shopping Centers across central Ohio. He has also served stints with Washington DC private real estate developers The JBG Companies and Lerner Enterprises. In his free time Chase enjoys outdoor activities, live music and spending time with family and friends.
